How to file a complaint

The CFA is committed to addressing complaints promptly and fairly. If you would like to raise a concern about the CFA, a CFA member or a CFA approved school, rest assured that your concerns will be treated with utmost professionalism and confidentiality. To initiate the complaint procedure, please send an email to our office at cfamanager@cfacanada.com or use the Contact Us form on this website. You will be required to send documentation detailing the nature of your complaint. You will receive a response regarding next steps as soon as possible, but usually within 5 business days during normal business proceedings. Please note that staff and Board vacation time may delay proceedings.

Our team will carefully assess each submission, ensuring a thorough investigation is conducted. A formal File a Complaint Policy and Process, which will outline critical details regarding the resolution process, is in development and will be loaded to the site upon completion. We value your input and strive to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all.
